- 🌐 Digital Authority (20 Points): We scan for the existence of an owned Domain/Website (10 points) and a verifiable business Phone Number (10 points). Phantoms without websites or listed phone vectors are penalized here.
- 💬 Review Ecosystem (10 Points): Contractors who have crossed a baseline threshold of 10+ verifiable reviews prove they have a sustained history of client interaction.
- 🏢 Citation Graph Parsing (20 Points): The ultimate trust signal. We execute deep-scans against SERP APIs to find the contractor's footprint across up to 5 secondary vertical directories (e.g. Angi, Houzz, Yelp, BBB). Each platform confirmation adds 4 points to the PRS index, validating that the business is deeply integrated into the state's commercial graph.
