Contractor license information displayed on Call Charlie — including names, license numbers, license status, trade classifications, and business addresses — is public record data sourced from DBPR. This data is freely available to anyone under Florida law and is not considered private personal information. We do not collect this data from individuals; it is obtained directly from government sources.
We do not collect personal information from visitors unless voluntarily submitted through forms (e.g., contact forms, quote requests, profile claims). Information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, phone number, and project details. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry or connect you with licensed professionals. We never sell your personal data.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics purposes only — specifically Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site. These cookies do not identify you personally.
