1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Call Charlie ("the directory"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the directory. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

2. Description of Service
Call Charlie is a contractor directory for the state of Florida. It displays publicly available license information from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) under Florida Statute § 119.01 alongside user-submitted business profiles. Call Charlie is not a government agency.

3. Public Records Disclaimer
License data comes from DBPR public records. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current, but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Public Record Scores (P.R.S.) are algorithmic calculations based on public data — they are informational only and do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees. Always verify license status directly with DBPR before hiring.

4. No Endorsement
Listing on Call Charlie does not constitute endorsement. We do not vet, screen, or guarantee any contractor's work quality, reliability, insurance status, or bonding. Hiring decisions are your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property
The Call Charlie name, logo, Know Your Contractor™, P.R.S., and LNN Search are property of Call Charlie Holdings LLC. DBPR license data is public record and not proprietary. The directory's design, code, scoring algorithms, and original content are protected by copyright.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to: submit false license information or impersonate a licensed contractor; manipulate reviews, ratings, or Public Record Scores; scrape or bulk download directory data beyond normal use; use the directory for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes; or attempt to interfere with the directory's operation or security.

7. Limitation of Liability
Call Charlie is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Charlie Holdings LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory, reliance on information displayed, or interactions with contractors found through the directory.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Call Charlie Holdings LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the directory or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
