What You Can Report
Incorrect Information
If a contractor profile displays incorrect license data, business name, or contact information, report it and we'll investigate. Include the contractor's name or license number and what specifically is wrong.
Suspicious Activity
If someone is impersonating a licensed contractor, operating without a license, or misrepresenting their credentials, report it. We take fraud seriously and will escalate to DBPR when appropriate.
Technical Issues
Broken pages, missing data, or site errors? Let us know what's not working and we'll fix it.
How Reports Are Handled
- All reports are reviewed within 48 hours
- Data corrections are verified against DBPR records before updating
- Fraud reports may be forwarded to DBPR and/or law enforcement
- You will receive confirmation when your report has been resolved
